A life of gathering

For more than 27 years, I had the privilege of caring for others as a physician. Medicine taught me the importance of listening, compassion, and showing up for people during life's most meaningful moments. While that chapter has been deeply rewarding, I don't think of what comes next as retirement. I think of it as redefinement—an opportunity to thoughtfully shape how I want to spend the next 27 years.

Long before Gather & ... existed, gathering people was already woven into my life. For over two decades I've hosted dinner clubs, created a women's community, organized mothers' groups, and found joy in bringing people together around tables, gardens, conversations, and shared experiences. Again and again, I've witnessed something beautiful: strangers become friends, friendships deepen, and ordinary evenings become lasting memories.

Food has always been more than a meal to me. A garden is more than flowers and vegetables. They are invitations—to slow down, to learn, to laugh, to celebrate, and to connect.

Gather & ... is simply the next chapter of that lifelong passion.

Inspired by my home in the Pacific Northwest, my Italian heritage, my love of English gardens, and my continuing culinary adventures around the world, my hope is to create experiences that nourish both body and soul.

Whether you join us for one gathering or many, my wish is that you leave feeling welcomed, inspired, and a little more connected than when you arrived.

Because there is always something that brings us together.
